We have considered Sand & Sea our home away from home for years. With the economy the way it is, we cannot stay there as often as we'd like, but we try to make it every couple of years.

The view is incredible. All the furnishings were top notch. Kitchen had sufficient supplies. Loved having a housekeeper that came in each day to do beds and trash. % star amentity! So close to town and Safeway, my husband walked it more than once. As we left, we booked the same condo for March visit. Thank you for a wonderful 4 day weekend.

Condo was excellent. Thanks for installing washer dryer. Nice carpet. Condo is in great shape. And, we have stayed at Sand and Sea many times on all of the floors except floor 1. 4th floor is the perfect height above the prom and for a great view. The only negative was the kitchen utensils. Rather sparse other than tableware. Knives were awful---could not hardly cut a carrot. No tongs. Wine cork puller was OK but could stand an upgrade. Wine glasses--not many. We managed very well, but since you asked.

wine glasses in the unit.

My 3 children and I literally jumped for joy when we entered our condo and saw how wonderful it was and took in the view of the Ocean.

As always, our stay was wonderful. We liked this particular unit because of the upgrades. Done very well. The only negative was the patio table which needs to be replaced. Staff is great. Always a great stay. This same group of friends stays at least once a year at your location

This condo was beautiful. Nice modern leather furniture and very clean. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend stay or longer. My only complaint is that there isn't a hot tub. I would totally stay there again and highly recommend this home.

My wife and I and our son have been staying at the Sand & Sea for the last 20 years. When we go to Seaside, we almost always stay there. We have also stayed at other places in Seaside, but keep going back to the Sand & Sea. The accommodations are comfortable, roomy and is like home away from home. Most of the owners have remodeled the units over the years. However, there are still a few that have the 1970's look. There are gas fireplaces in all of the units with a living room, kitchen and dining room as well as 1 or 2 rooms depending on what you choose to rent. This is the perfect family place to stay as they are right off the beach, 1 block from the main street of Broadway, have a pool and sauna as well as you are close to lots of restaurants and shops.
