There are two queen beds in the bedroom and by the use of the sofa bed in the living room, this condo will accommodate six. Well behaved dogs are welcome! This condo does not have a washer and dryer.

My intent to come to seaside was to have a relaxing and peaceful time at the beach with my kids. Our condo was nice and the view was spectacular! The only negative was the construction noise. I was woken up 2 of the 3 mornings by drilling and hammering. I was not happy with this. I probably would have chosen another place to stay had I known the extent of the construction. If I decide to stay there again I would definately ask about construction.

I have been staying at the Sand N Sea since I was very young - when they were first built. We enjoy the floor plans and the spaciousness of the units. 99% of the units are updated in one way or another. All are comfortable. This was the first time staying in a corner unit. While it was a little bit smaller it was still perfect for my husband and I as we were without kiddos this trip.
I recommend the Sand N Sea to all of our friends. There is no better value in Seaside.
The only suggestion would be that the windows and doors that are located on the entrance side of the building are overdue for replacement.They allow for a lot of sound to get into the bedrooms. Inside the living area of the unit is very quiet, and I have never heard our neighbors regardless of which unit we have stayed in.

The unit was a nice size for my husband and I and a 15 year old grandson. It was decorated very beachy but we all felt was a bit outdated and ready for a remodel.

Pros: right on the beach, very helpful staff, top floor, clean, nice nautica decor (not cheesy), roomy, warm pool
Cons: bedroom could use a sound proof window that is facing the common corridor, sofa and folding bed mattresses are very wore down, some patio furnitures were rusty, broken toilet which the staff took care very quickly.
I would stay again.

The room was ok, but needs updating in the bathroom, floors, fixtures etc. The kitchen needs floors etc. The air inside was musty with a hint of pet smells. The grass mats in the bathroom and kitchen should be eliminated as they can't been sanitized. The couch and chairs are worn and need replacing also.

On Saturday night, there was some disturbance around midnight. A dog or two was barking for nearly 40 minutes and there were shoutings (family arguing) in the hallway for nearly 1 hour.
I stayed here about 2 to 3 times a year. This was the worst experience.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience . If we had know about the noise at the time we would have dealt with the situation immediately.
The owner of the condo didn?t realize that their dogs were barking while they were out.

The room that we stayed in was very relaxing and comfortable. We came down to take some senior pics and it was a spur of the moment thing. It was nice to be able to find something so nice so quickly.
