Our friends had a 2 bedroom that was not much more than we spent for a one bedroom. Should lock the extra bedroom and give people the master . Bed in extra room was horrible. Everything was very nice. We did have a problem with refrigerator but it was quickly fixed and we were treated very fairly. Enjoy staying here but get a new bed or let one bedroom folks have the master.

The check-in/out was quite smooth and accurate. The room was nicely decorated and provided many items that made us feel right at home. The view was awesome along with the weather. Seaside is a favorite of our family due to the pleasurable experience to walk the town and enjoy the variety of things to do! Even though it was a relaxing time; the thing I liked least about the stay is that there was so much to do, the weekend was not long enough and we missed out on using the pool. Perhaps next time...

Let me put down a few things first that I had a problem with. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain without my getting underneath and manually releaseing it. The curtain on the slider is a real pain to close. The freezer was leaking on the floor(we put a towel down to soak it up). No directions on how to start the fireplace. No warning about needing a card to get in after hours (my wife couldn't get in till she finally figured it out on her own). Only one of our keys even had the card. The television in the bedroom was a joke, I didn't know any one made a 9" one. It appears to me the whole outside of the place could use a good cleaning. The light over the dining table kept going off and on while we were playing a game at night. All that said, we had a good time walking the beach,golfing,swimming,shopping and just being tourists. Love the view and sound of the ocean off the deck. Kithchen was pretty well equipped for a rental and the place was very comfortable for lounging and sleeping.

It's always a wonderful stay. Everyone is so nice. Did not enjoy the 2 bus loads of kids staying there. It became rather noisy and crowded. When they left it was back to normal. I hope they will notify me if they plan on booking that many kids in one hotel. I would have changed my plans. The 5 times I have went on vacation at seaside. Only 1 time has this happened. For the money, Check the booking.
