You will be captivated by the ocean in this one-bedroom, one-bath, ocean-front condo located on the sixth floor. Lounge in comfort on the sectional with ottoman and view the ocean through the mirrored gas fireplace as you take in the warmth circulating from it. Enjoy a satisfying home-cooked meal or a casual breakfast at the breakfast bar. Dine in ocean-front splendor with room for six and a mirrored wall for an expanded view of Tillamook Head. This condo also has lovely artwork from a well-known Cannon Beach artist. For your entertainment, there is a 32" TV with DVD and VCR and expanded cable in the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with VCR. By adding two rollaway beds, this condo will accommodate four. There is also a washer and dryer for your convience. Well-behaved dogs are welcome!

Our stay was fantastic! Super clean room, great comfortable bed, amazing view, and wonderful weather. Folks at the Sand and Sea are wonderful and friendly.

The view was spectacular, there was construction going on, so when the wind started blowing the plastic covering the construction was whipping around and we got no sleep on Saturday night. Also when we turned on the heat black smoke and a terrible smell came out. The fireplace did not work. but again the view was great. However will never stay there again and would tell everyone who is considering it not to stay.
Manager Response: I am sorry that the furnace went out during your stay. The owner
immediately had the furnace replaced. We had unusually high
winds for this time of the year, which the contractors did not
anticipate.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially the great location and views from the condo. Service was fun, although there was a lot of waiting at the desk because there were software issues checking in and also when we had a question about the payment. Condo was very pleasant -- could use some updates in the kitchen, but overall very nice.

My husband and I came to Seaside to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We picked Sand & Sea because of the great views from the units, they are pet friendly and felt the price was good. The pics of the unit on the internet were very accurate and current. Unit 602 offers awesome panaromice views and quiet accomodations due to it being the top floor. It is very clean, roomy and comfortable. The unit could use a little updating in decor and the kitchen and bathroom could be marvelous with a little facelift. I told my husband I would love to have a weekend to redo the place. The beds were comfy, showers were good water pressure and nice hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed and the staff was helpful. Sand & Sea has a great location on the promenade and we walked everywhere. Never moved our car, except to explore the shore and hiking trails in Cannon Beach. This unit would be great for a group of 4 to 6. We'll be back I'm sure!

my wife and i stayed in 602 in aug 2009. because of the great layout, we were able to enjoy the incredible weather and views even more. the rooms were spacious.
we had trouble with the remotes on the tv and vcr but the management helped almost completely. i would recommend having totally stress-free remotes.
the most aprreciated part was that we asked for a single bedroom. nomally that meant we would get the medium sized bed and the mast bedroom would be closed off. instead, we got the master bedrromm with a super king-sized bed(which is better for a good nights' sleep) and master bathroom. that was rreal class and service
