Was Clean, and simply decorated. Wished the scafeling wasent in the way of the Ocean. Would come back to this unit.

We stayed at the Sand and Sea for a long weekend with extended family with grandparents, aunts, uncles and toddlers. The outside of the building doesn't look like much - it's an 60's/70's style building, and we were a little concerned but when we got to our room, we were very happy. Our condo was updated in a Pottery Barn and beach casual style. The only room that didn't have that style was the bathroom which didn't appear to have been updated, but it worked. Everything we needed was in the condo (i.e. kitchenware, games, videos, t.v., bedding, etc). My understanding is that not every condo has been updated, but if you go on their website you can view pictures of the condos.

The location is fantastic and right next to the prom and a very short walk to the main street shopping and restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and pleasant. They also have an indoor pool which we didn't use - not enough time in our short vacation to do everything we wanted to - but it looked clean and will definitely check it out next time we visit.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Sand and Sea and especially rooms 518-519. I know we will be going back.

You can't beat these condos. The 2 bedrom, 2 bath condos have a nice size living and dining room, balcony, well equipt kitchens. Parents you can bring the kids and still have your own private space.

The condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the toilets and showers work great too. The room was clean and nicely furnished. It was great to be so close to the beach. We have no complaints about our stay. We will definetly return to the Sand and Sea!

This was my first time staying in this condo though we have stayed at Sand and Sea before. The pictures do not do this condo justice--it is so much cuter. It was very clean and had lots of extras, toys, buckets, etc. My friend and I stayed with our three children ages 6, 5 and 2. It was quite private even though we were near the stairs. I was really happy and will probably stay at this condo next time we go to Seaside.

Only weird thing was housekeeping. The housekeeper came in every day but didn't clean, vacuum, make beds, etc. She did the garbages and got us new towels but it was definitely a different experience than previously. It wouldn't deter me from staying there again; it is just something to be aware of and to make sure I would clarify next time I stayed there.

I have been really happy with all my stays at Sand and Sea. Mary and the front desk staff are great and friendly and accommodating. The pool is fun; yes it is highly chlorinated but hey it is an inside pool. The Location couldn't be better. And 518 will become our family's favorite Seaside spot.

This was a nice condo perfect for the family and just steps from the beach. The place is decorated nicely and tons of kitchen items to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The complex itself is looking pretty old and the pool looked too dirty and old to even want to try. It states that the condo sleeps 6 and it can with rollaways but it really sleeps 4 because there isn't a sofa sleeper and the rollawys the complex has are old, thin and not the greatest. The condo had beach toys, movies, games--very nice extras.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand and Sea. We were very comfortable with our two young children. I was able to cook all of our meals with the full kitchen amenities (that really saved us a lot of money). The view was spectacular. The beach was very close that we went back and forth to the beach and to our condos. We really enjoyed our stay at Sand and Sea. I wish I have known this place before :) Thank you.

This condo was wonderful! The living area was roomy and comfortable. We especially loved the huge sliding glass door that opened the living room to the balcony area. The condo was beautifully decorated and felt like you were in a home with a view of the mountains and the ocean.

We are very pleased with our experience at Sand and Sea. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. There were even a few toys and movies for the kids, which they loved. The side view was nice and I preferred it to an ocean view which does not let you see the mountains as well. We couldn't have been closer to the beach and the indoor pool allowed us to swim even though the weather was a bit chilly. The staff were polite and helpful. Our expectations were defiantly exceeded.

This unit is wonderful...we had three children..2,4,&5 yrs old...and three adults...when we arrived, after leaving the 105 degree weather in Seattle..the 80 degrees with a breeze was heaven..the kids found all the movies and toys delightful...the beach was fab...the kitchen was complete...could not ask for more..will for sure reserve this unit again..thanx for the beautiful place to stay..plus the outdoor furniture was really extra nice..not just plastic chairs!!!

My husband and three kids came down to
Seaside for a basketball tournament to the Sand and Sea. It was recommended because of it's affordablility and comfort. We were not dispappointed!!! Not only was it affordable for a young family, it also had all the comforts of home. The decor in our particular room was tastefully done and other families that came to visit our room said they were going to ask for that one next time they came to stay. We will definitely being going back!
