We've stayed at this facility many times, it is our favourite. We like the full kitchens and the rooms are always well appointed.

This condo complex has a great location, literally steps from the beach and only a block from the heart of downtown. It is an older complex that looks quite tired from the outside, but our particular unit had been updated with new flooring (combination of laminate, vinyl & carpet) and fixtures. It was clean, nicely furnished and well-kept. On-site management was friendly, readily available and helpful. Housekeeping services were provided daily. There was a good view of the ocean from the balcony, which was also nicely furnished. A couple of suggestions for improvement - 1) add wireless internet to the unit. There was a wired internet connection, but it was in an odd location that wasn't conducive to setting up a laptop computer and working for any length of time. 2) we did not get any network TV channels, which would have been nice even though we didn't spend a lot of time watching TV. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was real nice; had just been redecorated. Only thing that seemed a little dated was the master bedroom bed. It was uncomfortable.
