nothing bad to say all very nice staff wonderful and the view was excellent we are planning another girls beach at this condo for march can say more just beautiful thank you.

My 2 daughters and 4 granddaughters were in Seaside from Thursday to Sunday during the "Race". We all had a fabulous time! All the festivities added to the weekend. Due to unforseen circumastances the suite that we had reserved wasn't ready for us that weekend. We were accomadated in another suite and given a favorable adjustment. We found "all" of the staff helpfull, friendly and courteous. We all look forward to returning in either Spring Break or May Long weekend. Hopefully the renos will be done by then.

I am glad you and your family had a good time. Look forward
to seeing you in the Spring. Thank you for being so understanding about the construction project.

The condo was nice. We did expect a hide-a-bed,since it was suppose the sleep 6. There were broken dishes in the cupboard. The whole place needs to be cleaned, furniture moved, etc.
The service is always great. We all love the pool. The owner parking is a little weird. Why aren't the spaces assigned by condo number?? I have seen this done at other places.

I am sorry that the housekeeping was not up to our normal
standards. The reason the spaces are not assigned is that
we do not have enough parking spaces in the garage for all
the condos. If we assigned one space per condo, some owners would always have to park across the street.

The Sand & Sea is a fine, older condo and is very conveniently located in Seaside. Our unit was well equipped and for the most part, comfortable. The biggest issue is the master bed. Very poor condition. The right side has a "hole" or slope and is well past the point where it should have been replaced. There was a carpet nail on the threshold between the master bed and bath which was installed poorly and snagged our feet twice during the stay. We didn't want to set drinks on the furniture in the living room, but couldn't find any coasters in the unit. Powdered creamer only for institutional grade coffee. To get to the next level, I'd recommend making the coffee service a little more upscale. It wouldn't make us want to flee the condo so quickly each morning. Most of this is minor, however. We had a good time and would stay here again (provided the mattress is replaced).

It was a great time with my grandchildren. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed with kitchenware. The kitchen table needs to be replaced as the kids pinched their fingers daily while trying to scoot the chair up to the table. I did it myself once. One lamp did not work in the dining area. This is the first time I have rented a side-view room. I usually have an oceanfront unit, but this unit was sufficient. I appreciated very much having a washer/dryer in the unit. The kids loved having the swimming pool, too. I would rent this unit again.

An incredible place to stay. The location was fantastic - right on the beach and close to where the action is! The unit is very spacious and bright. With two teenage children, two bathrooms meant that no one had to wait to use one after swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is very quiet, even with the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Overall, we were happy with the condo we stayed in. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Great location- right by the beach and close to stores and shops.

I was so pleased with our choice to stay at Sand and Sea and in this unit in particular. The unit, though outdated in a few spots, was super clean, comfortable (except for the mattresses), and well stocked. The wall of windows and view from the balcony lets you know you're at the beach whether indoors or out. The pool was fun and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great value and I will definitely come back.

we stayed Memorial Day Weekend and arrived to pouring rain on Friday night! At check in, we were so impressed with the size and layout of the room! The view was nice and the place was clean! The location was nice and quiet! My family and I will definitely be back to the Sand & Sea.

Were it not for a few details that could be easily addressed, I would have given a higher ranking. We rented a 2 bedroom condo. It was very roomy and comfortable for the four of us with a good sized living room, dining room and kitchen, plus bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Balconies with every room.

The location is great. Right on the beach and just a couple of blocks for the arcades and main shopping.

My biggest issue was the carpets. They had obvious stains in many places. Dire need of cleaning or replacement. The rest of the unit was clean enough, but the carpet ruined it. Also, the bedspreads and a few pieces of furniture could be updated, though that is not nearly as important.

I expect that each unit is different based on owner, so this was my experience with one particular unit.

Despite not being on the beach side, this condo was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have separate rooms for our kids and the price was reasonable. We had amazing weather for March in Oregon which made the weekend even more special. My only issue was the smell of smoke from the condo below. It seems to come through the vents.

We loved it. View of both the ocean and the mountains was excellent. Very
clean and home like. Know problems the whole stay.

We did not need to ask for anything for our stay, it was stocked perfectly.

Being very close to the strip was nice.

The location of the condo is great! Close to everything in Seaside. The condo provided a comfortable atmosphere and was well stocked with everything a family would need to enjoy their vacation get-a-way.

I would suggest a deep cleaning of the rugs and fix the screen door, which was broken. Other than those couple items... our time at the beach was very nice!

This room was very nicely refinished. Very tasteful and we felt relaxed and refreshed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The Sand & Sea is in a wonderful location and we felt safe enough to let our teenagers "do thier own thing" while we did ours. My handicapped mother was able to enjoy her stay here as well and she enjoyed the tall counters in the bathrooms as she was able to stand and lean on the counters as she did her toiletries each morning.

We love it. Has everything you need to cook. Nice place to get away from home and relax. Close to all the shopping and over looks the ocean. Plus an indoor pool. We bring the whole family and rent a couple of rooms. Thanks for letting us stay.
