No pets are allowed in this condo. This condo does not have a washer and dryer.

We love Sand and Sea and with the Winter Special, we could not pass it up. Everything is so clean and everything is so convenient.

We had a wonderful stay, our room faced the ocean the views were beautiful the room was very clean. We had an issue the first night w/an alarm clock going off in the extra room adjoining that was locked from 11 pm to Midnight. And the front desk staff were so great about it they gave us the extra room for free to make up for it. We as usual had a wonderful stay. And are planning our next stay already.

The staff is very friendly. We were able to check in quickly. The room was clean and very quiet throughout the day and during night time. However, this particular room/condo could really use decor updates and the room had a bit of a musty odor. All the appliances were clean and worked, minus the fire place, but we were told of that before renting the condo. Also, the glass shower door leaks bad. After each shower we would discover lots of water had made it's way past the doors seal it seems. (Had to leave a towel outside the door on the floor and even still "mop" up more water with a second towel.) In the end, the view is great. And the condo has plenty of room. Just needs some TLC.

My girlfriend and I decided to take a mini-vacay from Seattle and decided to travel to Seaside.. As soon as we walked into our room we were amazed. Very clean and bright with a spectacular view of the Pacific ocean. Room was clean and everything was in good working order. Definitely coming back again!

Expected a more updated unit. Unit needed a fresh coat of paint, new flooring and the mattress was not very comfortable. Best part was the view and it was peaceful not a lot of noise !!

i could. I rely didn't want to live the beach as nice
that night and we didn't have to drive to get any
were. we walked it was nice. thanks we will be back
