This was a nice condo with lots of room and convenience to all our activies. The condo had us sitting on the ocean and right next to the boardwalk. My family had a wonderful time in Seaside

The service has always been fantastic; check in check out and cleanliness. No surprise.
The condo had an updated kitchen and living room but the rest of the place felt like the 70's. At the time of making my reservation I was informed that the building was under construction, and that it was occurring M-F. The only room available had a "partial view" however when we arrived we had absolutely no view due to the construction. That was very disappointing especially since all the other times I have stayed at the Sand and Sea I have always rented a unit with full view. I would still recommend any and all of my friends and family that visit Seaside to Stay at the Sand and Sea, I always enjoy my stay, the units are spacious, and it is centrally located to all things Seaside!

This hotel has great customer service, in a great location, and with a very pretty view of the ocean. Very pet friendly and easy check-in, check-out service! Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This was our second stay at Sand & Sea. Both times we were very happy. The location can't be beat -- it's right next to the beach and a very short walk to Broadway where all the shops are located. The people who work there are friendly, the rooms are clean, if a little old, but for me that's part of the charm.
Shop their low price against similar vacation rentals and you'll find like we did, there's no better value in Seaside.

Everything was exceptional except for the front desk lady who checked us in at the beginning of our stay.....she was very unfriendly! She did her job but didn't look like she enjoyed it one bit. The check out lady was wonderful. We checked in April 1st around 4pm and checked out that Saturday. Also the pool was kind of small and didn't look very appealing.

The service was great, and prompt. The home was so awesome. Beautiful living room, kitchen, and room space and setting, along with 2 restrooms. Good view of the ocean. The location is good, close to town and sea.
The best thing I liked was being able to fit my whole family in one unit, the view, and livingroom setting.
The least thing I liked was that the fireplace did not work and no sauna.

We loved the location and the arrangement of the condo. The one problem was with the air conditioning system. The fan sort of worked, but did not keep the condo at the temperature marked on the thermostat. Luckily we could open the door and get some air in. We did appreciate that the unit was nice and clean and well equipped. Great location!
