While everything was definitely clean, the furnishings, carpet, paint, etc. of the rooms were very sub-par. I'm assuming this unit is on your list for remodeling and updating.
I could not recommend a friend to stay without knowing they'd be getting a remodeled room with everything brought back to an acceptable condition.

We stayed at 418. We stayed for 3 nights there. The whole condo is just perfect for a family of 4. No fancy stuff but complete. All the things you need for cooking are there. I will recommend this condominium to friends.

I like the condo feel, the full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and last minute availability at a reasonable rate. Only 1.5 blocks from the main Seaside strip and 1 block away from beach. The balcony has a side view to the ocean, and some 'entertaining' neighbors. The office girls are nice and great to interact with. There is a pool, but it was full of kids and therefore I assume urine and kid stuff, so I didn't go in, but I hear chlorine is powerfully effective...
