You will be sure to find this beach themed condo delightful. Newly furnished, this two-bedroom, two-bath, partial-view condo has a beautifully tiled gas fireplace as well as gorgeous tile in the main bathroom. There is a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed complete with palm tree and beach chair. By adding two rollaway beds, this condo sleeps six. Well behaved dogs are welcome! This condo does not have a washer and dryer.

"Awesome New Year's with friends in a beautiful condo!!"

We really had a blast for New Year's weekend! 6 of us (3 couples) stayed in this condo quite comfortably. We loved having a full kitchen and washer/ dryer. Although we love oceanfront rooms usually, this was a nice change with a side view of the ocean and front view of the city and mountain range. The condo was very cozy and I loved the floor to ceiling windows! Check in was quick and friendly, and the staff helped us out with all of our requests with no problem. The only thing that would make this place better is a hot tub! Thanks for a great stay :)

"Great Trip"

The condo's (we rented 2) were great. Unfortunately the units were still under construction so we did not have an ocean view. We really enjoyed the location and we are hopeful that we will be able to rent 2 units from you again next year.

Perfect place to stay with children. Convienent location right on the beach and you can walk to get to everything. We reallly enjoyed our weekend at Seaside.

We have stayed at the Sand and Sea on the same weekend for the past 10 years. We've tried different rooms, but keep going back to this one. We love the way it's decorated, it's lay out and amenities. We are so comfortable here we feel like it belongs to us!! It's easy access to walk to the beach, to downtown, or just up and down the prom. It's the best room at the Sand & Sea!

We loved that the room was updated, modern and clean. I chose it off the internet when I read that it had been remodeled and when I saw the pictures. It was nice to stay somewhere that had clean updated flooring and beds and not old carpet and bedding.

It was our first time to the oregon coast. Sand and sea was the perfect place for us. Right on the beach and easy access to the beach. The condo was nice and newly remodeled. Our family will definitely be back soon. Thanks!!!

Sand and Sea has been a longtime destination for our extended family events. Its large units with full kitchen has made it the choice for our family for many years. The location allows everyone to pick their activities within walking distance... from the beach to the town... while still enjoying the beauty of the ocean. Pass the caramel corn!!

We have stayed at Sand and Sea four times now, and we have never been dissappointed! The service is excellent. The room was really nice, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our teenage boys like it a lot - it's not impersonal like a hotel room - it's something that we can call "home" for the time that we are there.

This was our first time staying in Sand and Sea and we really enjoyed staying there. When we arrived it was clean, check in was fast, we will for sure stay there again in the future. Right by the ocean and downtown in walking distance. Set up of the room was really comfortable.

Our stay was the very best we have ever had at Seaside. We visit about every 3 weeks and we wish we would have known sooner about you.
Our place was clean and I mean clean not just wiped down. The privacy of the deck was well worth the money. Especially when the price was less than most hotels we have stayed at. Not to mention a wonderful kitchen.

nice clean condo - happy for the washer and dryer as we were there for a basketball tourney. My girlfriends condo's washer and dryer were "locked" up. Couldn't find any potholder's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed over the July 4th weekend. Enjoyed the property, the location and the view as always. Mary and her staff do a great job of making your stay as comfortable as possible and always are there to handle any issues.

"Nice place with some problems"

The location is great, close to downtown and attractions. Nice view. The kids loved the pool.
The condo is very nice, but the laminate flooring in the hallway, kitchen and dining area is laid impropely and it snaps when you walk on it. Not conducive to moving around with children asleep in the bedroom.
Security was unsatisfactory, to say the least. The master bedroom door to the outside was open when we checked in, and when we returned to the room after being out, the maids had been there and the main door to the outside was ajar.

"The Best of the Best!"

After completing almost 20 4-week jobs all over Oregon, we (two crews of two) were assigned to the last of these jobs in Astoria and Seaside. Our cohorts found Sand & Sea in Seaside, on the beach! We rented you, for two guys for 5 weeks.
It was glorious! The apartments were excellent. How I wish I could stay there for all of our jobs. The commute might be too long though. Darn! But for those jobs we were in heaven. We ate healthy (My #1 concern) and rested well. Our hosts in the office were so wonderful, they need an award.
Thank you for allowing us such luxury. We miss you all.

"Great Rental"

Our most recent stay was for 5 days during the summer of 2008. It was our second time staying at The Sand & Sea Condos. We decided to rent a remodled unit this time and we were very pleased with the unit. After staying in a hotel in the past, it was SO nice to have space since we have two little children now. Very convenient to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc. We'll never go back to a hotel now during our Seaside, OR visits! The only addition we'd like to see would be a washer/dryer in the unit. Our kids loved staying there! Enjoy your visit to Seaside...we've made it an annual tradition in our family!

"Absolutely PERFECT!"

We have an annual "girls" weekend every year on the first weekend in February. We've been having this weekend in Seaside for more than 20 years. This is the perfect place for us-more than enough room, close to downtown, close to the beach and close to the outlets. We have been staying at the Sand and Sea since 1998 and have stayed in this particular unit 3 times because it is so comfortable. The staff always checks to see if we have enough towels, ect. and are very accomodating. It's quiet if you want to sit around and watch TV or read. We also feel very secure as they have good security.
We've stayed in many places in Seaside, and this is the best yet!
