Recliner chairs need to be repaired or replaced. There should be a TV set in the extra bedroom. The kitchen sink faucet is difficult to use.
The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the new toilet is great.

Room 400-1 was clean & bright. The bed, carpet and bathroom in new condition. Kitchen was large, clean & well stocked. Washer & dryer very convienent. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows in this ocean front corner unit made the price worth while. Parking lot across the street. Management welcoming and helpful.
Only downside: The property is older, outdated & alittle run down.
