This two-bedroom, two-bath partial-ocean view condo is on the third floor with over 1100 sq. ft. of living area, including your own private balcony. This nicely furnished condo has a queen bed in the first bedroom and a queen bed in the master bedroom. The fully equiped, full size kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room is equipped with a VCR/DVD player. From your balcony you can see the beach and the ocean. Pets are welcome! This condo does not have a washer and dryer.

I like staying here because it feels like home. There is a large kitchen area and an open living room. I appreciate the front desk staff dealing with us and being so considerate of our needs. They are to be commended. Thank you. I will be staying here again.

Sand & Sea is a well maintained, comfortable, and convienent vacation condo located close to the heart of Seaside right on the beach!
The staff is very welcomeing and effecient.
Great fun for the whole family...pool for the kids..sauna and sunsets for the grumps!
I will visit as often as I can and I hope in the NEAR future they will update a few things such as key cards...instead of a KEY...and less remote controlls! Too annoying to match tv's, vcr's,with respective 'motes.

Condo was very clean and well furnished. Excellent kitchen completely equipped for whatever you want to prepare. Nice pool that was clean and well attended. Staff was very attentive to our requests. Great location for all activities in Seaside. Had a great experience and intend to return.

My family has stayed at sand and sea many times and we always request to have the same room. It's big enough for the family and we have a great view of the ocean. We have been there in the summer and during the wind storms and enjoy it at either time.

I had an excelent! time at the Sea & Sand my kids enjoyed their stayed too and they are asking me when would we return for another vacation and I keep saying to them soo!

We love staying at Sand & sea! We have enjoyed each visit! Staff is wonderful!
Condo's are every nice and comfortable.
Only thing that I was unhappy about was that
we could not get the fireplace to work on
this visit- Other then that this is a wonderful place to stay and we are looking
forward to coming back!
