The living room has a full size, double recliner, loveseat, and a single recliner. This condo has 2 queen beds in the bedroom and faces south toward the mountains and the ocean. No pets are allowed in this condo. This condo does not have a washer and dryer.

"Too big for small lady!"

Had a great time with the WPa golf group. Furniture in 310 was way too big for me. I will ask for a unit with smaller furniture in the living room next time.

Very nice except all power in the bedroom was used off the switch so unable to watch tv without the lights on and when power switched got turned off so did all the power sockets so was unable to charge cell phones as well.

room was absolutely clean, very relaxing. everything worked properly, found our ocean view to be quite large. staff is very friendly.

I'm so glad we found this place. I stay in Seaside each year and for the same price as a hotel room we got much more room. It is right off the beach and so close to town we didn't have to drive except to the store for groceries. The only thing I would do different is get a room with a washer and dryer. Staying for 5 nights with out them, we took home a lot of sandy clothes. There is no laundry facility on site. Other than that it was clean, good service and the kids loved the warm pool. We will definately be back.

"Wonderful first experience"

This was our first time visiting Seaside. It was great. Not only were we right next to the beach but the room was comfortable for the entire family. We had such a positive experience that we can't wait to reserve our stay for next summer.

"Good Location, Older Rooms"

Travelling with kids. Good Location right beside beach and walking distance from downtown Seaside shops. Older Building and rooms but comfortable beds. Friendly Staff. Enjoyed campfire at beach, tandem cycling around town and 10 minute drive to Canon Beach. 5 minute drive to Safeway to buy groceries at reasonable good price. Outlet Mall also 5 min drive. At checkin you are required to give $5(cash only) for the TV remotes which you will get back when you checkout, not sure why they do it this way. Not enough supplies in room- had to ask for towels, toilet paper and soap on first night. Sofa-Bed is broken so had to ask for portable beds.One of the Blankets on the portable bed were dirty. Partial Oceanview from balcony.Overall had a good stay.

I am glad you had a good time is Seaside. We don't rent this condo out as having a sofa-bed. Rollaway beds are available for guests to use. Each unit has its own TV remotes,so we charge a $5 refundable deposit to make sure the guests bring back the remotes upon check-out.

"I certify I was never in room 310, but I was in room 200."

anyhow, I was in room 200 during the last two weeks, and the room was nice, but a gray haired man betwen the age of 50 to 65 was rude two days in a roll.
He scared my daughter and If I owned the condos, I would have fired him on the spot.
Yes he works there, he owns a gray pickup with a gray trailer that he parks in the lot across the street.
Anyhow after the two times we had to deal with this man have passed, we will never use your condos again.
The desk clerks where very nice and I enjoyed talking to them.
By the way, I think you had some people running from the law in room 302 this last weekend, maybe you should take more care in who you let stay there, that would make for a better stay, then having gang members in the building.

eight grade boys and girls with a lot of energy. The kids were running the halls and pushing all the buttons in the elevator. The staff spent their time trying to control the kids. I apologies if he yelled at your girls by mistake, it is hard to know just what kids did what. The guests staying in 302 were part of the boys basketball team and have stayed with us before.

"Group Vacation"

This was one of the three Condo's we rented for 4 nights there was a total of 15 in our group. All of the Condo's were exceptional. The weather was even good, just sprinkles in the evening. This was most of the groups 3rd year coming, but for a few it was there first year. This has became our annual vacation. Just a short walk to downtown. The beach and ocean right out your door. This year we had our grandaughters 4th birthday she recieved her first bike and the promenade was a great place for her to take her first ride. All four of our grandaughters age 21 months, 3 yrs, 4 yrs. and 6 years all enjoyed gong down on the beach and playing in the sand. Every year they start in about January wanting to know when we are going to the ocean again. We love Sand and Sea accomadations, they have everythng you need. Two of the condo's had washers & dryers which are nice for the little ones. Every thing is provided you just need to bring your food, clothes and play things, everything else is provided even the beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year for our annual vacation. We love Sand & Sea!

"A real "Brothers & Sisters" weekend"

There were 34 of us staying at the Sand and Sea. I think we had rented about 6 or 7 condos. Each was furnished differently. Some were bigger, some more updated. Loved the fire places. The service was wonderful, although we didn't really require much. Everything was furnished for us. The rooms were very clean. The weather couldn't have been nicer. It was wonderful siting out on the deck every morning drinking our tea and coffee. The best thing about the condo was it was right on the beach. And it was within walking distance of downtown. We all agree, we will be back next year.
