This very nice two-bedroom, two-bath, partial-view condo is on the second floor with over 1100 sq feet of living area including your own private balcony. This nicely furnished condo comes equiped with a large screen TV, a VCR/DVD player, and a fully equiped kitchen. There is a king bed in the first bedroom and a king in the master bedroom. By adding two rollaway beds in the living room, this condo will accommodate six. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and internet access. Pets welcome!

Actually I stayed in 400-1. My sister stayed in 212-3. Both rooms were great. This was my 1st Thanksgiving away from home. My mom and grandkids loved it and the greatest part was cooking dinner while looking at the Ocean. The rooms were very nice. Although 400-1 only had a Tv in the living romm and master bedroom. It would have been nice if there was a TV in the second bedroom. However 212-3 had a TV in every room. That was great for my sister.

My family and I generally visit Sand & Sea a couple times a year. We love the location, (close to the beach & the promenade)the convenience of having a full kitchen and the indoor pool. The only issue is that it can be hit-or-miss on the quality of the mattresses in the units.
Our last visit was a miss with the bed in the bedroom we slept in being very uncomfortable. It wasn't enough of an issue to keep us from returning but if it started to be a frequent problem on our visits, it would become a deterent to staying there.

I have not stayed at Sand & Sea for years. The room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremly helpful and the only thing I would do the next time I stayed there is call ahead and have them turn the heat up when I was on my way.

Felt that the this unit was terribly tired. Very disappointing at your terribly high rates. Furniture in living room worn and uncomfortable. Rugs was dirty and spotted.

We love this home. My family has been renting the Sand & Sea Condo for years. The
condos have been upgraded and improved. We really enjoy the amenities and the view. All in all it is a lovely condo. I recommend it to anyone that would love to stay in comfort while vacationing in
Seaside Oregon.

I left a detail list of the many issues we had with this unit and being assigned to a different unit than requested. I am still awaiting a partial refund to compensate for the poor condition of the unit. Ray Coleman

We have made it an annual event to stay at the Sand and Sea in Seaside Oregon. Our family has stayed the past three years 2007, 2008, 2009!
We plan to stay again next year it has been a great way for us to house all of our families and yet be together, I recommend it to all my friends too.
We actually had 3 rooms this year and it worked out great :)

We loved it!!!!!!!!!!! We would definitly stay there again!! The beds were comfortable and it was very homey, we loved the fire place!!! The location was great!!! We just really had a good time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was a little outdated, but the rest of the condo was beautiful. I have stayed at the Sand and Sea 3 times now, and I would gladly stay there again the next time I'm in Seaside.
