We visit Seaside 2-3 times a year and have stayed at many places over the years. Most of the time it's just the two of us but this time our daughter, son-in-law and 7 mo. old grand daughter were with us. I research everything before hand to find us a place that fit all of our needs at the best price. The Sea and Sand was wonderful. The location was great. Right on the beach and a easy walk to everything in town. The room layout was perfect. I strongly recommend you view the room your are getting online and check out the arrangements. The furniture provided us great seating for all and were a hit of the stay as it was very comfortable. We had 3 days of reasonable sunshine and one day in the middle of high winds and hard rain. We were outside alot and inside alot because on nap times. The room being on the end was always very qoite. We all had good places to watch the tv/and play games without bothering her naps. Everything was very clean and worked well. The only problem was a little pooling of water on the floor in the master bath after a shower but maintenance was going to fix it as we were leaving. Our daughter said we should make this trip every year. The dinning area had a wall of mirrors that extended our view of the beach from every where which we also enjoyed.

Everything was really nice.
The only problem was the roll away beds (for the teenagers) were very uncomfortable. But I guess they usually are. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were great!

Not only is the Sand & Sea our place of choice for ten years running, this unit is the one we always make sure to get ... all of the modern conveniences, quiet, and a killer view. We love it there!

Service was great
Home was great with new furnishings, which are great.
The location and ocean view are excellent with close access to restaurants and shops..
Only wish we could do this more often for longer.

Absolute best deal in Seaside with most amazing view of the ocean and right on the Prom! Super close to shops and restaurants. Spacious room(s). We will come back for sure

We enjoyed our time in Seaside, like usual.
The room was perfect except for one thing.......the internet pictures show this room to have a flat screen TV. That is specifically the reason why my husband chose this room/your facilities. The TV in the living room was NOT a flat screen. He was extrememly disappointed. This false advertising may result in us staying elsewhere next time.
We have been staying in these condos for years and never had any issues...

My family and I wanted to have a "Staycation" that we could all enjoy. Seaside has something for everyone and staying at the Sand and Sea just made everything easier: Easy access to the beach, short walk to shop, video games close, swimming pool, hot tub and a variety of resturants if I did not want to cook.
The Condo was perfect and just as described, the whole back wall was windows with a full view of the ocean, every room had a TV gas fireplace and enough space for us all to do our own thing but still be together.
Everything was up to date from the oven to the dishwasher to the dishes. It was definately a home away from home. My family will be back this summer!

We always come back to this place, we have for 10 years (as has our whole family) and we'll hopefully continue to do so for many more years to come. It's the perfect relaxation place and we love it. Always clean, friendly staff, reliable service and we feel reasonably priced. We'll be returning in a couple of months yet again!

This little retreat of a condo is fabulously located right on the boardwalk with a breath-taking view of the Pacific just outside your balcony!
Each room is inviting and cozy for the whole family to enjoy for a relaxing stay. This condo is laced beautifly with oceanic decor throughout that provides the guests with that beachy feel.
If you're a shopper, the location is perfect! It's within walking distance from the main strip in Seaside that contain numerous shops and excellent cuisine as well as local microbrews and wines that the Pacific Northwest is known for.
So, whether you're planning a trip for just one night or several weeks, the Sand and Sea Resort promises a perfect coastal gettaway!
I plan to visit again real soon!

I took a mini-vacation with my son and his family. So glad I upgraded to the ocean view. We loved the place. It exceeded my expectations. Originally we were going to get a hotel room but I am so glad we went for the condo; more privacy, more space, wonderful view, clean. I get a little obsessive when making reservations at a place. I research anywhere I can get info. Was a little unsure since I didn?t find much information but was very surprised and happy with my decision, which is why I decided to write a review, to help others. I would highly recommend this place. Wish I was there now!
