"I did the research!!!"Reviewed by Larry in March 2011
I spent a few hours looking at customer reviews, and noted that there were 'more' extremely good reviews of Room 208 than any other. My wife and I stayed 3 nites, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had stayed at Sand & Sea on 3 other occasions in different rooms, but this was the best. 3 Tv's(one in the living room, and one in each bedroom)...very few have this, and all were the flat-screen variety. Room in at the end of the hallway, so it is very quiet, far away from the elevator.

"Comfortable with great view"Reviewed by WalKing in February 2011
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen had all the conveniences of home and the furniture was comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better would have been saran wrap/foil, and the complete puzzle. Will be back
Manager Response: Thank you for the review and letting us know about the puzzle.
Oh how I hate it when I am working on a puzzle and some
pieces are missing. I will get a new puzzle. I am sorry but
we don't supply saran wrap or foil right now, but it is a good
idea. Mary

"A Favorite Property/Location"Reviewed by Ray & Patty in September 2010
This was our 2nd stay at the Sand and Sea. We love it. The 1st. time we stayed in 408 (but unavailable for this visit) so we stayed in 208. It was nice also but the bedroom needs "updating" and a new king bed. It may sqeeze the room a little, but as a couple this bedroom is the "master bedroom" and the current bed is simply not adequate. We would re-book this unit in a heart-beat with a king bed!!!
Manager Response:
The owner just finish updating the living room and I think
the next thing will be the bedrooms.

"A Lovely Time"Reviewed by J and J in April 2010
We stayed two days in the perfect room. The clerk was nice enough to let us look at 5 or 6 rooms and this was the best - a perfect view right aat the ocean. We enjoyed being able to cook a few meals but also being close enough to restaurants to take advantage of those. The home has everything that a vactioneer could want - not only elegantly furnished but cozy and welcoming. It is so close to all the activities - beach, shopping, restaurants, peoplw watching.

"Always a great place to stay"Reviewed by Richard S. in November 2009
Good service. I have stayed at this place for many years. Some units could use some updating. Unit 208 was very nice and clean.
The complex itself needs a face lift. The building needs paint and cleaned up. It is starting to look run down.
I love staying at this complex and hope some work is done sooner than later.
Manager Response: I am glad you were happy with your stay in Unit 208.
We are in the process of improving the look of our
complex. We just finished putting in new stairs.
Some of the owners have been updating their
units. You may look on our website sandandseaoregon.com
to see which units have been updated.
I will pass your suggestions on to the owners.
Thanks for staying with us and I hope to see you
again.

"Relaxing weekend away"Reviewed by tnt motorsports in May 2009
I was looking for a reasonable priced weekend getaway. I was pleasantly suprised by the spacious area with a beautiful view. The beach was amazing and having a fully furnished kitchen was more then expected. We had a very nice weekend and being so close to the beach and downtown has given us many memories. We will Visit again!
