We stay at a Sand & Sea ocean view unit 2 to 3 times per year and have for 5 or more years. The units are excellent homes away from home with perhaps one of the finest ocean views in or. This location is close to everything. No need to drive once you are stocked up. This is our first time in unit 204. It is one of the larger units with the master suite. The decorating is very home like and beach appropriate. The furniture is all updated and comfortable. The TV has a fine picture but it is not a newer flat screen LCD or plasma type.
Management and housekeeping are very pleasant and helpful. I absolutely recommend Sand & Sea as my favorite beach get away. We have stayed in 3 or 4 different ocean front units and all have been great.

We enjoyed you place very much. The place was great. The only complaint that I had was in making my reservation, I gave my credit card information and was immediately charged; I have never had anyone do this. For some $300.00 out of your account isn't any concern, but in these days and for some it can be. The usual procedure is to hold the account information and bill upon checkout. I travel for work all over the country and have never had this done.

I had a wonderful time at the Sand and Sea. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I loved the ocean view and roomy deck. It was nice to be so close to downtown. I would definetly stay again.

It was very confortable and charming. I had proposed to my wife there on the balcony with the ocean front view. It was an emotional experience. My wife and I stayed here a couple of times. The staff is very friendly and curtious. We also like the shopping and restraunts. We will be definitely staying there again in the future. I highly recommend it for a good time.
