"We always love staying at Sand and Sea!"Reviewed by Claudia B. in June 2011
We were lucky enough to get accommodations on a short notice.Which made use very happy. We always have family and teenagers. A TV in every room is a plus for us. We always need two couches and a couple of chairs (although only had one chair). We do not mind the side view. Unfortunately, this time you are in the middle of renovating and we could not see the beach at all. Still we were so happy to be at the beach, we did not mind. Looking forward to another stay.

"I like it !"Reviewed by Mountain man John in June 2011
Super place to stay and visit the ocean and good dining. Cannot beat the local Clam chowder and Marionberry cobbler. Enough said.

"Great Value, Great Stay"Reviewed by Seasider in June 2011
We love coming to the Sand and Sea at Seaside! The accomodations work so well for my family. Having a kitchen saves money by not dining out as much and having the pool provides hours of fun for my family. Being right on the Prom just one block from Broadway ensures that we're within walking distace to our favorite activities. I highly recommend this clean, affordable getaway spot.

"Great place! Will definetly stay there again!"Reviewed by TDRP in March 2011
I booked the place online and then on my way down was second guessing myself because we got such a good deal on it. So I thought it would be a run down motel and a bunch of other bad stuff... But I was thankfully wrong!! Great hotel, great staff, Great room. The children loved all the games they had stocked in the room, I loved all the space and it was stocked with everything you need, the husband loved the big tv's and we loved that it was right on the beach! I have already told everyone I know to stay here when they go to seaside!

"Overall Nice!"Reviewed by WB 7 in March 2011
The room was very nice, it had all the right items we needed to make it feel like home. The bed in the master room was somewhat uncomfortable. But to each his own!

"Fall @ Sand and Sea"Reviewed by ClubLanum in October 2010
This was our 5th year staying at Sand and Sea in October. Somehow we have always managed to land on the weekend with beautiful weather. Seaside in the sunshine is so hard to beat. We love 116 - the new TVs are a great addition. The unit is clean and comfortable; perfect for our family of 5 (w/ 3 boys).

"Best accomodations ever!"Reviewed by Anna in August 2010
Our vacation was so fun and relaxing and the major reason was because of the accomodations. There simply is no comparison to a hotel option. We won't stay anywhere else in Seaside (we come yearly).

"Comfort,Convenience, and Affordability"Reviewed by ortribe in February 2010
What a great place to stay! We were in town for a tournament, and Sand and Sea is so close and convenient, the kids were able to walk! It was roomy too, so when choice of TV program, or reading / napping, etc didn't conform to everyone's wishes, it was ok because there was somewhere else to go. Loved having the kitchen as well!
Thank you!
Manager Response:
I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to see you
next year when you have the basketball tournament.
