This condo has special finishes such as terra cotta tile and granite kitchen countertops. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, No pets are allowed in this condo.

We had a great ocean view once the scaffolding was taken down and the beach access was right outside the building which was nice. No curtains were hung on the big windows leaving us with a feeling of being in a fish bowl day and night as people are always walking by. There was a hole in one wall and the dryer had sand in it when we arrived. Construction going on so we had people working outside our condo for a couple days and noise from other condos they were working on. Great daytime front desk help! Not so great night time front desk help. Advertised daily maid service but we had to continually go down to front desk for garbage bags and coffee and the service was very poor except on our last morning there. They did give us a construction refund when we asked but accidently charged us for the refund amount then had to refund us twice the amount. I would recommend making sure you have extra funds in your account. But great view of beach and overall clean.
Manager Response:I agree that our housekeeping was not up to our normal
standards. You are supposed to have daily maid services.
Due to construction delays, some interior work was not
able to be completed before your arrival, however we tried to
make the condo as nice as possible for your stay.

We have stayed here a few other times but this time we had sink/pipe leaking problems and the beds were not comfortable at all. The living room was nice. The bathrooms were not very clean when we checked in. We didn't get the room we originally reserved due to construction.
Manager Response:I am sorry that we had to move you to a different oceanfront condo and
that you were not happy with the condo.
We try not to move our guests as we know guests have favorite condos,but because of the construction project we didn't have a
choice.

We stayed at the Sand and Sea for a basketball tournament knowing there were many other families staying there also. It was comfortable, clean and quiet!

The only problem we had was that we got charged twice at check-in and it was an pain getting it reversed. It took a while but we finally got the funds back in our account. Then the next day, my account was charged again. Went through the same process and eventually got the funds back again! All was OK after that

Great place for a great price! Pictures could be updated on the walls. Faded and bubbled. Slight smell that a candle helped overall clean and comfortable. Awesome view!

The service was great - both for our room & the front desk.
The only negative about our stay was: When I used the washer & dryer and the washer leaked all over the floor - soaking the rug in front of the 'laundry room' in the hallway. I was unable to do any additional laundry & would've liked to. Otherwise, everything was great!

Our unit was perfect for us! We didn't mind the dated exterior because the
unit was clean (I even wore white socks to see how clean it would be), the front
desk was helpful, the other on-site employees were courteous, the pool was
warm, housekeeping was thorough...
The unit was bright, well-equipped, and everything in working condition.
We can't wait to stay again next year.
