Conveniently located to everywhere in town. Sand & Sea is a place where families actually live for days, weeks, and months at a time. They read books, watch movies, and take long walks. Many enjoy the historical ocean-side promenade, take a dip in the pool, enjoy the sauna, experience downtown Seaside, or just lounge – alone or with the whole family. You can too. And for less than you may have imagined.

To book your unique accommodations, first select the condo you are interested in. We have them categorized by view to the left. Whether you are interested in a Ocean Front Condo, Side Ocean View Condo or a Partial Ocean View Condo we have them all listed with a description and photos. Once you have selected one you like simply give us a call to verify availability and to make your reservations.

All two bedroom condos can have the master bedroom/bath locked off and be rented as a one bedroom. Two bedroom units sleep up to six with two twin rollaway beds and one bedroom unit’s sleep up to four with two twin rollaway beds unless otherwise specified.

Sand and Sea 2008 Rates

Regular Rate (Rack Rate) is September 15 through July 31st
August rate is Sunday through Thursday
High Season rate is holidays, special events and weekends in August
Special Rate is September 15 through May 15 except for holidays and Spring Break
